I remember Carole King's Tapestry anthology from my high-school days. It isthe soundtrack to many of my memories of the fourth dimension. I had no idea though of the prolific talent of Carole King - writing songs for the Shirelles, Bobby Vee, Aretha Franklin and others Before embarking on her own career as a performer. The show cleverly weaves her emergence equally a author and, later, equally a performer with exceptional engagement across irresolute tastes in music and her own growth and challenges with a difficult marriage. At times I laughed, at times I had tears in my eyes merely I enjoyed this show like no other. It was Beautiful!!

Having grown up with this wonderful music, it was a fascinating experience to relive the times. Wonderful bandage and product crew really take you back. We enjoyed coming together friends before the show at Bird Cafe just across from the Hall. Go! Enjoy!

FANTASTIC Prove

This show brought dorsum so many memories of my youthful days. Enjoyed it immensely from the start to the finish. So much enthusiasm and energy on stage from all of the actors. Brought two twenty + twelvemonth olds with us to watch it (there were xiv of us) and they enjoyed it immensely equally well. A must see musical!

Yous WON'T BE HAPPY SEEING Information technology Merely ONCE!

Nosotros saw this terminal yr in NYC (husband and I along with 27 yo son). I did much research before choosing Cute. The reviews were all 5*. People who saw multiple plays during their nyc visit loved this all-time. Her story is fascinating and the songs/music are fabulous. Hadn't realized that she and her husband wrote many songs sung by Motown bands, etc., and loved that these groups were part of the play. At one point I became so enthusiastic I wanted to start clapping to the music! I loved it so much I was tempted to become back to New York just to meet it once again - then glad it's coming to the Burgh!
